1. External Audit
Our Firm delivers audit reports on financial statements based on generally accepted auditing standards and accounting principles recommended by national and international professional associations.
Our work is based on gaining insight of our client’s operations and monitoring procedures and on complying with policies set by Management. As a result, in addition to our audit reports, we provide our clients with suggestions on how to improve their internal operating and administrative monitoring practices, to help them improve their business performance.
An audit consists of examining whether monitoring steps have adequately been followed. To this end:
- We design and set up the Internal Auditing function within our clients’ organizations by delivering an Internal Auditing Department under a turnkey model, or by providing these services externally.
- We review or establish internal control procedures adequate to preserve company assets, ensure information is reliable, promote efficiency, and encourage staff to adhere to company policies.
- We provide Management with reports covering problems detected in company operations, including recommendations on how to solve them, and basic work programs that should be implemented either by the client itself or by our Firm.
The complexity of current business dynamics together with an ever-increasing globalization process makes it critical to rely on a team of experts in mergers and acquisitions.
In tune with changes in business contexts, we have completed projects covering services such as value assessments and company valuations, trademark and asset valuations, merger and acquisition audits, and joint venture reviews, including business plan analyses, business valuations, and reviews of capital investment plans.
Our goal is to help our clients improve their performance by emphasizing strategic planning aspects.
