The company was created in 1984. Its founding partners, Daniel Abelovich and Ciro Polano (former members of Coopers & Lybrand), made special emphasis in rendering services to small and medium-sized companies.

The firm has offices in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Since 1985, with the incorporation of new partners, the firm extended the scope of its services. As a result of a thoughtful work, a significant improvement in the level and size of the clients (both national and international) was achieved, as well as a high-quality image within the market.

In 1989, after fulfilling the quality standards required by Smith and Williamson International (a London-based International Auditing and Consulting Company), the Firm was accepted as member firm of Smith and Williamson in Argentina, its responsibility being the development of member offices in the region.

In 1999, Smith & Williamson International merged with Saffery Champness International, consolidating a new Professional Partnership called SC International, which gathers 110 Firms in 50 countries with around 5,500 members and is ranked number 23 in the world.

Under the name of Nexia International, the Group has 599 representation offices in 97 countries and more than 23,000 employees worldwide
